Bulk seed handling has greatly increased and planting time is more

valuable now than ever before. While increased yields are available with seed treatment, growers will not always take the additional time to treat the seed.
The AUTOMATIC seed treaters by Enviropac, with HANDS FREE operation, match this system to the new bulk handling methods.

Motor & Gearbox
Motor and Gearbox The treater is driven by a low RPM high torque gearbox & 12 volt motor. Easy seed cart field mount with the universal mounting bracket. Mounts directly to the cart for direct product application.

Specialized Metering System is designed to

adjust the flow rate for varied products & application rates. Also, the blade design, with agitator spike, helps eliminate product bridging.

"Hands Free" Operation

Hands-Free operation takes place with the automatic on/off switch mounted in the Hand Free discharge conveyor - when the conveyor runs - the seed treater runs! Shuts off when the conveyor is off. Convenient 3-way switch is provided at the operator platform. Connects to battery power with 50' wiring harness. Harness has "weather-tight" plugs

USE & OPERATION
Mounts directly to bulk wagons. Metering gate & blade dispense product at a consistent rate to match the conveyor capacity. 1 1/4" discharge hose places product directly onto the seed moving under the hose. The conveyor mixes the treatment & seed as it moves through the conveyor & discharge spout.

GENERAL SPECIFICATION

Automatic Model - Complete with 50' of wiring, battery clips, manual on/off switch & automatic switch.
Direct Model - Wires direct to 12 Volt power on air systems, drill fillers, etc. 6' wire only (NO switch or battery clips provided)
Includes: Motor & Gearbox, Mounting Bracket, Storage Container, Dispensing Blade & Metering Gate & Wiring as shown above.
Capacity - Holds up to 160 oz.
Rate -Will vary depending on the products being dispensed.
