DRY SEED TREATERS

Mounts directly to bulk seed wagons with the
universal mounting bracket. Metering gate & blade dispense product at
consistent rates to match the conveyor capacity. 1 1/4" discharge hose
places product directly onto the seed moving under the hose. The seed is
mixed as the treatment & seed are moved through the conveyor,
discharge spout & through the drill or planter box. Works with auger,
belt conveyor or air systems. |

LIQUID SEED TREATERS

Treater mounts directly to bulk seed wagons or at a permanent site. The
bracket is set for 2-1/2 gallon jug or easily modified for various size
jugs (not furnished). Metering valve adjusts for the correct amount of
product. Product is pumped directly into the conveyor though the open
discharge fitting. The dry-break coupler, cap & dip tube are easily
transferred between jugs. |

PORTABLE SEED BLENDER

Variable speed, low RPM drill provides the correct blending speed for special
product requirements. Drill has adjustable setting to protect drill &
planter from damage. The size of the grain drill or planter & blending
time will determine the number of fills per battery charge. In general,
the battery is capable of 8 to 12 fills of the planting equipment
between charges. Charging between fills will provide charge to the
battery to provide additional fills during the day
The Inverter converts DC power to versatile AC power for in field
battery charging.

ENVIRO-COAT RUST RESISTER

TREATING EMPTY TANKS
Enviro-Coat may be applied undiluted to exposed metal surfaces. If this
is not practical, the recommended amount of Enviro-Coat can be poured
over the bottom of the tank. As the tank is filled, a protective coating
will be applied to the tank.
TREATING TANKS NOT EMPTY
Enviro-Coat will float on all grades of clear liquid fertilizers and
suspensions (not aqua ammonia). Pour the correct amount onto the liquid
fertilizer and as the liquid level changes the inside of the tank will
receive a protective coating.
ANNUAL TREATMENT
Enviro-Coat can be used season after season. It should be
replenished as needed to maintain an 1/8 inch layer. A rate of 1/4 the
original amount is recommended on an annual basis.
