DIRECT MOUNT
Model mounts to dispense product directly into hopper or conveyor. Can be wired direct to conveyor switch or separate 60’ wiring harness.
Direct Mount system can mount directly onto the seed tender or with mounting rails provided.
Direct mount is the most economical unit available.
AUGER MOUNT
Auger Mount is complete with hanger brackets, mounting rails & wiring system.
Special 2-way wiring powers both treater & auger.
Discharge spout directs product onto “flowing” seed.
Auger inclines & rotates to provide convenient product loading height & location.
Mounting designs keeps treater vertical for even unloading, while delivering seed treatment to any location.
The “Low RPM/High Torque” motor & gearbox, combined with the adjustable slide gate, provides the accuracy of both systems.
The agitator spike on the steel blade keeps the product moving smoothly.
Mounts directly to bulk seed wagons with the universal mounting bracket. Metering gate & blade dispense product at consistent rates to match the conveyor capacity. 1 1/4″ discharge hose places product directly onto the seed moving under the hose. The seed is mixed as the treatment & seed are moved through the conveyor, discharge spout & through the drill or planter box. Works with auger, belt conveyor or air systems.
